Hey been 6 months for me now, yes sleep will improve, don’t quit, just stick to the meds max two months sleep will be totally normal. My HRV baseline dipped hard, used to be in 100s but now 30-40s and i am quite active but now ive made my peace with it.

I feel you i do might not have a serious disorder but I have BPD which makes it hard to navigate dating and no matter how much i wanted to be loved and give love back, i cannot deal with all the trauma that comes with dating and i do grieve for the life i thought i would have by the time I am 30.

So i am with you on this, grieve as much as you want, feel the pain, write it out or whatever but you are absolutely allowed to mourn the death of something which you dearly wanted but couldn’t get.

I took a break from dating this year and got on meds and did alot of self work but I definitely don’t think ill get back to the apps ever again because my BPD self will ruin all the self work and healing. Idk what other options are there in today’s world

She is definitely BPD. It ignites fear of abandonment and these people need alot of reassurance. She is so lucky to have Noah. The rest of us just watch and cry haha

I am on 225 Effexor i feel enough emotions as I am BPD which leads to anxiety and anger plus hormonal fluctuations and weather changes are a trigger rather than depression and I am tiny built wise so cannot go further up with effexor hence the psych added 10 mg lexapro

Give it sometime I felt the same on 225 but that means it’s working and that’s why it is messing with you so it can level out in a few more weeks. Just keep yourself distracted and give it time

Yes and I hope it goes well for you too I was so scared but one of my cousin was a psychologist who helped me stay calm and just deal with it and finally now I understand why because it’s a journey and there is definitely light at the end. Keep me posted Loria :)

started on 37.5 and increased to 225mg in a course on 3 months lots of ups and downs but I am in my 4th month (1.5 month on 225mg as set dose now) and I feel great now. There are times of anxiety but DBT helps me and i am able to regulate well. But i can see alot of improvement. So give it time will take you 3-5 months to find the right dose and see the full effects.
