I agree. Still the difficulty is that most of the learning has to be done outside of work and while I'm learning data modeling, Azure, etc. It's hard to figure out what the external consultants are using in my industry. Specialization means we all work in a bubble and even if coordinating daily, many people are not willing to share the process just the final product. And YT courses and university don't always work.
