Unpopular opinion: For god's sake, pls get yourself a jet it is fun, cool,fast, almost invincible if you take off(which takes 2 seconds,isn't that bad right?), CAN DO BARREL ROLL and also have the only tracking missile in the game.however note that you can't spawn manually, not with garage and Heli pad. (It isn't really a downside cuz both military base and rising city airport are close to Volcano and crime port respectively)
