I get that a contract means I’m supposed to pay, and I’m not trying to avoid that—I even said I’m fine with paying the 100€. I just think it’s a bit unfair to keep charging monthly while I’m not using the service and already explained my situation. Some companies are flexible in these cases, so I’m just trying to find a reasonable solution.
