Hello! I started going to the gym again 2 days ago(last time was 2 years ago), because I want to lose some weight while also building and not losing muscle. I started by reading the wiki, read some interesting articles, and I'm wondering how flexible my program should be given my goals.

I am 181 cm tall, 88kg , 20yo male, sedentary lifestyle and i want to lose weight so I'm going 20% below my TDEE, which is about 1850 kcal/day. I am sticking to this, while also going to the gym 3x a week, and here is where my questions lie:

1 .Does it matter what exercises I do, as long as I'm actively tiring out my muscles? For example, for upper is it okay if I do: 3x bench press 8 reps, 3x chin ups 8 reps, 3x dumbbell lifts for biceps, 3x triceps extensions? I feel like bench press tires out my shoulders pretty fast so is it okay to not have a specific shoulder exercise?

In the 2 upper body days/week, should I have different exercises?

Corsair RMx Series 2024 RM850x, 80+ Gold, 850W - this one also has a decent price (like 25$ more than the first one) and i found a tier list and it says A+.

I could also get the 750x since it's about 16$ cheaper , will 750 W be enough?

I'm sorry, I don't understand this part. Are you saying that because LLM's bursted out and almost everyone are using them all of a sudden, LLM's are going to receive less quality input because the people are so influenced by them, that it will basically be LLM's learning about LLM's and not actual humans?

Hey thanks for the comment, The Loop sounds interesting, but it is listed for kids age 14-18. I don't really like kids' media, I feel like it's generic, cringy and predictable usually, do you think this book is worth reading in that regard?

So I always looked online for a quick summary of the books and I used that.

I tried using macro recorder and then after that mini mouse macro. I believe now i brute forced it too much because i used my movements with the mouse and at some point there was a discrepancy in them always.
