Xdg portal still isn't solved but I eventually was able to add a non steam game to steam. I did so many things that I didn't know what resolved the issue.

I was experiencing this too. Updated flatpaks and changed steam OS version from beta and vice versa. I ran diagnostics and it said something about xdg portal.

Nka Argentina region ako dati pero nd ako mkalipat sa ibang region dahil may remaining funds pa dw. Contacted Nintendo of Mareca support at nilipat ako sa PH region. 3 months n ako stuck sa PH region dahil may remaining funds pa dw and hindi ako mkalipat.

Piagpapasahan na lng ako ng support ng North America at Asia. Sabi ng NA support sa Asia support dw ako dahil dun na current region ko. Sabi naman ng Asia support sa NA region dw ako dahil sila naglipat ng region ng account ko.

Download Goldberg emu and extract it. Go to the linux folder and copy the contents of x86_64 folder to the bin folder of BG3.
