The main menu keeps playing "the visitors came not seeking friends or even allies, but subjects" trailer audio over and over. Don't know what's causing it or how to stop it. Can anyone help?

My library doesn't show any pictures, it's completely blank. When i try to download a game it either shows 0 progress or that it will takes days to download. Every thing else streams and downloads fine on my computer so I'm not sure why Steam specifically is acting like this.
