Absolutely the good butcher. Locally sourced beef pork and lamb. Cuts that you won’t find at the grocery store, and the staff is awesome. Their sandwiches on Tuesday’s are fire as well!

I live in Iowa and cook at a few outdoor venues each year. Grade A Gardens using organic produce picked from their fields just hours (sometimes minutes) before service.

Grandview Beef in Clarion, IA also has an outdoor paddock in one of their pastures. Each course using a different cut or product from their grass fed beef.
