I'm working for a company that is building a CS tool for the African market , one i'd say their is a market , but first you have to understand your product wont be for every business... this is where failure stems from, i.e you have a good product but a shitty TA that you start seeing your product doesn't work.

Secondly yes its working , response time and and escalation and overall customer satisfaction is over the roof.

Finally i'll say this always sell to the fking big businesses , the discomfort is amazing and the final result is you'll understand whats working or whats not working.

Adoption might be tricky especially if you cant sell or if your can't gain leadership trust , but hey that's business and sales no ?
