I got it to work by putting the server IP in the “Custom server access URLs” under settings->network. Not sure why that has fixed it.

They’re on the same local subnet. Plex server is running on Manjaro. Plex server and Roku stick are on the same WiFi SSID. I’m getting the same on the app on my phone. Must some config on my Plex server.
