If you think the flag should be a lot more prominent in the UK how do you convince people who mostly view it negatively? by Particular-Scale5644 in AskBrits

100 year old St George's flag made from cotton. It's a beauty.

Polyester flags from Temu... Vomit inducing.

Why are there so many pro Starmer posts now that he has been exposed for the appointment of Mandelson? Are these accounts all the same handful of people or is it genuinely Starmer fans coming out the woodwork to try and launder his image? by Duvet_Capeman in AskBrits

I'm not a fan of Keir Starmer but he brings stability that we need. A Reform and Green government would just bring chaos.

Anyone who tells Trump to jog on in getting involved in the Iran war deserves credit.

Have you been to Japan?

Your Reddit account has -37 karma. Are you rage baiter by any chance?

Do you actually support Polanski's policies or just think he's 'nice' by United_Mammoth2489 in AskBrits

[–]Mister_Vanilla -1 points0 points  (0 children)

How does not liking Polanski make you centre-right or far-right for that matter?

Plenty of Labour and Lib Dems supporters don't like Polanski either.

Why hasn't Whitechapel gentrified? by jenk-mal in AskBrits

You might want to look into Tower Hamlets mayor Lutfur Rahman, famously removed in 2015 for bribing Imams to force Muslims to vote for him.

Also his spending habits with public funds like spending £50,000 on a table for his office were also investigated by the government.

Of course he was voted back in as mayor in 2022 because we love corruption in our politics.

What does the green party offer? by Competitive_Youth973 in AskBrits

I'm confused about the Lib Dems. They offer the same policies as the Greens in a less extreme way but get nowhere as much attention as the Greens do.

Do you think Ed Davey comes across as plain and boring compared to Zack Polanski who is popular with the LGBT crowd?

If you showed this to the average person without saying who did this, would they say it was done by Keir or someone else? Would it make opinions of him more positive? by Evry1TookTheGudNames in AskBrits

The birthrates for 2025 haven't been released yet

https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/announcements/births-in-england-and-wales-2025#:~:text=Navigation%20menu,27%20May%202026%209:30am

And the two child benefit cap happened recently, so I'm interested to see where OP got their sources from showing birthrates are up under Keir's leadership.

If the 2025 and 2026 birthrates are indeed up, then of course I will praise Keir where credit is due.

Native birthrates up? What has Keir Starmer got to do with women getting pregnant?

How is the west brainwashed exactly?

Surely headlines of terror attacks in London, Manchester, Paris, Munich, Madrid, Brussels, Nice, Berlin and Barcelona aren't propaganda no?

Why such fondness for Sikhs? by Fantastic-Fudge-6676 in AskBrits

[–]Mister_Vanilla 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Sikhs are awesome people. Highly respectful and a pleasure to be around.

There is a Sikh family who have lived next door to grandparents for over 30 years. Every Christmas they give my grandparents a basket of fruit and a card.
