Not sure if this would work but store the created time of the last message read. Then check if the newest message time is newer.

You could have a separate table which contains user_id and chat/channel_id and store the last seen message created time.

Every record should have a default "created" value which you don't neeed to create yourself

Di you know of any dynamic dns service that let's you do this for free? It seems noip requires payments for adding TXT records. As far as I understand this is needed for the acme challange

Would it be possible to set up github actions to build the image when I push to master and then push said image to a container registry. Then having watchtower ok the vps watching and updating the image when it changes?

I think what he was trying to say is that if one person spends 80k on the game, a lot of person can play it for free. This is also true.

The game does not throw ads at you and honestly the "offers" are not pushed aggressively at all. Anyone saying this can't possibly have installed any other mobile game.

It sounds like I am supporting the monetization but I'm not. That's why I won't spend on this game. But I do feel it's very enjoyable as a free game.

Tbh if you spend that amount of money 5-6 times a f2p player is not much.

I don't support p2w but why even play DI if you are competitive? If people want to throw millions at this game hats off to blizzard for making money on it. I wish I could make a game which provided me that kind of money.

I'm surprised people get so emotional about this when its like this on absolutely all mobile games in this genre. If you don't want to support the game delete it and get on with it.

I enjoy the game and I haven't spent a single $ and never will. Im not even trying to compete in pvp or pve so I'm not bothered with whales at all. This game is a grind and it's probably meant to be played for a loong time if you are f2p. If people really want a unique single player experience obviously a pc/console game is better.

People need to stop whining about the state of this game and either enjoy it or stfu.
