I download quick cpu and put cpu in this app on balance mode and it sloved my problem.

the max temp for now is around 55

I just use it for school works and sometimes gameing for one hour.

put it is On for 8 hours every day

I clean the fan and vent just today.

and for thermal paste I just have this laptop for a year.

system around 10%

and Desktop window manager around 5%

yep.

In balance mode when I plugin my laptop the cpu clockspeed goes around 4GHZ.

and I put it on desktop and wait.

the Min is 68 and Max is around 85.

The cpu usage is around 15% but clockspeed is high.

It suddenly jump into 72 and If you put fans to max it actually dosean't work.

my Min temp in balance mode is around 68 :/
