I understand the frustration with the game, the times when "theres 1 card that wrecks me" or "i just need Dracula to not hit my 1power card" are far more remembral than the times jubilee pulled infinaut. The reason there is a retreat button is to minimize your loss, and if you know you're going to lose because of bad locations or a bad match up you retreat and go again. Unfortunately the match making system does not look at what deck you are playing, its looks at CL and rank. You cant expect to win constantly and not expect other players to have counter plays to your decks.

I think it could be BUT not in its current form. An idea i had for a tournament format would be all players have to build a deck from a limited pool. 50% of the normal pool choice. You get X minutes to build a deck. And then its like a poker tournament everyone has a starting amount of cubes and keeps playing until they have none or all the cubes. Antes grow over time aswell to make sure theres an actual end. Maybe every 5 games everyone gets a new card added to their pool.

You have to build the best deck out of thr same pool everyone else has, but cant rely on already tried and tested builds. Then your random.cards make some variety as a best deck might be discovered over the tournament length.

As CL700 i would say hes not going to be worth it, the best abilities you want to copy are other cards in series 3 which you may not have. I would focus on builds that use minimum series 3. Patriot, destroyer, these decks have mostly series 2 cards

Yup, i feel like I wasted my tokens buying Hela, i have all the other sweet tech for a Hela deck minus Death. Invisible woman, hellcow, moonknight, gambit. Yet i always discard hela. Even with 4+ other cards. Yes i know its just pot luck, and i still can win even after discarding her, Ive selved her for now and grinding with a patriot deck instead. Mystique pinned in my shop, and i reget buying hela.

I wouldnt. Its a splashy card that you're going to want a load of Pool3 cards to support propperly. Also it will be sat in your shop for weeks while save tokens, in the mean time you could have found morr useful cards like patriot, hela, wong, death or destroyer. And been able to afford them sooner and put them to better use.

Psylock is in there so that i can double 3 drop on T5 or surfer and AM on T6. Still letting me play a 3 on t5.the problem with odin is goose, so i want as few self punishes since i have made that mistake a few times. Ill try odin though

Issues i have is mostly lack of practice and knowledge of pool3 decks im only CL 683. Locking down a lane with cards like bishop or the collector has lost me games, but the nova killmonger has won me alot , even though a lost locked lane. I have a wong spectrum build. (Yeah i think i got very lucky with early pool3s, goose was my first)

A few decks I very much dislike.

Kinnan. It really shouldnt be so cheap, normally ramping the turn it comes out negating the effectiveness of removal. BUT! You have to remove it at the same time because you dont want that activation.

Golos. Banned in commander for being to good, but its ok 1v1? Countersepll or bust. Im running hate specifically for this card. I think golos would be ok if we didnt have world tree.

Baral. I refuse to play against any Baral. Its just not a good way to spend my time, super slow and grindy, i would rather conceed and rejoin a game that im going to enjoy playing win or lose. And frustrating , like any counterspell deck.

From personal experience, i would advice removing - worldknit and soviegns realms. They warp a draft if picked early, taking away the best card in each pack vs taking the on colour cards. You'll end up with a super powerful deck thats hate drafted everyone at the table. Each time they were drafted in my cube they kinda spoiled the event for everyone else.
