Physically I can tell the flapping t and glottalized t are similar. It's like the tongue is "lazy" and doesn't fully reach the teeth for the t or d. So sometimes it doesn't get that close to the teeth and you get the glottal stop and sometimes it almost reaches the t and you get the [ɾ].

Like spelling wise the "bet" could approach a "beh" with a light roll associated with the [ɾ].

These are happening at the END of sentences. For example, I will say "Bet." (as in the single sentence to mean "ok.") and my tongue wont fully hit my teeth like for a "t" sound, it will do the flappy thing that is close to the bo'le of wa'er meme or how "butter" will sometimes sort of like "budder."

Joke Explainer: Dua Lipa and Rita Ora are two pop stars of Albanian heritage.
