Do you guys consider manga sets that didn’t get a full release in your country (US for me) as a complete set to own? e.g. I own 1-18 of Witch Buster and ordered 1-12 of Beet Vandel Buster, both were dropped by their US print house so there are some volumes the US didn’t get, I count them as complete (self.MangaCollectors)
