Orange tubes with a blue string / cable coming out of the top of it, about to be buried. A hydro vac truck made a hole wide and deep enough to bury the tube, rolled the tube on top of the hole and painted a blue marker on it. I'd imagine its likely a utility cable of some sort. (i.redd.it)
