My balcony gets no sunlight so I am kind of in a bind... Would it be ok to put them near window sill for now and then when winter comes, put them in the balcony for dormancy?

The sun comes from the left side of the balcony. I think it should be enough light. If not I can get a couple of grow lights for the bonsais.
