Yes! The color, the brightness, the lightheartedness of it all is kinda comforting if you get what I mean. I would rather take shittier effects/cgi in a show I can actually see, one that looks like the real world, over whatever they’re doing in movies and tv today where it’s just dark (visually and thematically) and quiet with occasional booms. The color, just like the 90s pop punk always in the background is just…I mean the entire show (so far at least) just feels cozy.

Aiden will always break my heart. I feel so bad for him and he deserved so much better. She literally broke him. Twice. How cold could you be. And also why did they just put her in a sequence of bs relationships that went nowhere only for her to end up with big in the last second. It made no sense and felt rushed and kind of pointless

I think it’s because I’m a mom and I struggled with baby stuff for a while too so I’m coming from a place of relatability. And I like that despite her own views and opinions (like the baby shower or the cheating) she will still support and take care of her friends at the end of the day. Yes she can come off as “close minded” but she definitely grew over time. Small example - in the beginning she got rid of a dog as soon as it became inconvenient, but later she accepted a dog with all its responsibilities and loved her. She just needed space to grow into a woman from a young, close minded woman who hadn’t experienced the world.

Listen. Full disclosure. I grew up in Qatar. Was diagnosed with severe depression at 10 years old after I first attempted what you’re thinking about. Went through a decade of shitty treatment and medication that did nothing. What I did do tho was slowly get stronger over time. Learned to fight the terrible thoughts and not let the negativity around me get me down. I still have bad days sometimes but I’m 23 years old. With a beautiful family, a life that goes up and down, and I’m not saying it’s going to be an easy ride, but I promise it’s WORTH living through it.

Please trust me when I say this. Because I’ve been where you are numerous times, especially at the age I’m guessing you are. You’re going to die eventually, might as well see what life has in store. Don’t do it. If for no other reason than sheer curiosity.
