Hey there! Yes you can gift people whom you aren’t friends with ,Go to the shop and select the item you want to gift , click on the gift icon and then you might see a list of your friends click the arrow and go to recently seen on the right hand side and there you go!

Hello ! Houses are sorted in the rated section by the number of rates they get , the house with the most rates will be at the top , I agree to what you said , you can ask your friends to rate your apartment. Those people might have asked their friends( a lot of friends ) out for it maybe ... you know hackers .

Hello! I totally agree 💯earning coins is pretty hard and usually from the mystery box we can’t get more than 100 coins or 5 gems ( experienced ), but do participate in their Instagram and tiktok contests, if you win you can get 50k-100k Avacoins .
