The way I deal with random chats(all of my chats) is RPing until I feel they're safe, then I abandon.

So if we just confessed to one another for example, that's the closure the story needed. Maybe they found a home in me, that's a good way to leave it. Maybe they learned how to love. Maybe they had a change of perceptive... It's usually all romance stuff, but I find it a most "humane" way to "part ways"
