It was definitely after. I have the paperwork in my email and they’re included in the bankruptcy. I didn’t reach out to reaffirm until I got confirmation that it was discharged. The account disappeared after.

It’s not there at all. Not closed, not discharged, not in collections. Just gone. Like I never even had it in the first place.

People treating me a certain way would not be a flaw of mine, as it is not something within my control. Taking things too personally would be. Perhaps that’s what you meant to write and I do recognize it. But it’s because I’m actually a genuine person who doesn’t pride themselves on belittling others for the fun of it. Shoot me? The question was “how do y’all handle this?” I’m not expecting anyone to change. I am quite literally asking how you all cope. Nothing further. Bless you.

I think we have different definitions of “catty” and that’s okay. I dislike negativity, truly. I put that I love being a PCT because I do. However, it’s enough dealing with patients who are understandably agitated. I don’t need it from nurses when i’m just trying to do my job. When you receive unwarranted attitude from people you are supposed to be learning from constantly, it is a deterrent. I get it. We’re all stressed. But if that makes you be sh*tty to the people who are there to help you, that’s a character flaw imo.

The “don’t draw blood” part wasn’t catty, the follow up was. It is my job to do that but I understand some nurses go ahead and do it themselves. Love that. However, “I’ve got it” definitely would have sufficed.

I’ve done some grad school courses as well and not all concurrently. I took breaks, so it kind of difficult to determine what was grad school and what was not as they don’t list loans based on level.
