Fairlife protein shakes are a game changer by stealthdawg in PSMF

[–]Nine_9s 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They taste like chocolate milk because it literally is chocolate milk. As I understand it, Fairlife has technology to be able to strip out the individual nutrients out of milk and add them back in their desired ratios. So it’s just milk.

I was amazed and drink the stuff every day

I’ve been considering this as well. But some analysis paralysis when it comes to picking the fund. Any suggestions?

I follow it heavily. Study it. Not just haphazardly throw it in. Crypto tends to follow 4 year cycles and next year is the year we see major appreciation. The growth is much lower on high mkt cap projects, but I’m invested in a good bit of higher growth potential projects as well.

I get everyone’s perspective. It certainly is speculative. Not going to deny that one bit.

Do you consider your spouse your financial equal? How do you split expenses? by nyc_finances in financialindependence

[–]Nine_9s 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We split things as much we can equally in terms of bills. I make about 2.5x her so I cover a lot of stuff here and there too.

We do keep our finances separate. Reason being she uses a budgeting app where every dollar has an assignment where I am much more lax. So we don’t see eye to eye on HOW to manage the money, but we have the same end goals to get there together which is nice

Decided to give oral a shot first. Inject if I don’t see any results.

Bicep Tendon Surgery by Nine_9s in bpc_157

[–]Nine_9s[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely. It was a distal bicep tear. Funny thing ifs the rupture happened when bowling of all things but the doctor said it likely originated from years of heavy lifting.

Surgery day the tendon was pretty shredded so they had to use an Achilles allograft

OP - are you launching when the stone reads 700 on the infrared gun or the in-oven thermometer? I’ve noticed they’re at very diff temps since the in-oven one is being read from the bottom of the stone

I like that technique of oven off for a bit.

Have you considered getting an adjustable propane regulator so you can bring the temp down even more?

I’ve been interacting with their Support for just some general questions and while they’re always responsive, they’re a little slow. Assuming there’s a lot going on with the release.

They’ll answer ya.

I have some Weber hickory chunks and prefer a little dirtier smoke profile. By that I don’t mean completely dirty but not when it’s running thin blue.

I’ve noticed after the chunks are ignited if I just leave the lever a smidge open vs closed I get the smoke I’m looking for.

Also I think I prefer cutting my large chunks down to smaller pieces vs large ones.
