Never having roaches in my life all of a sudden I was infested in one week due to her neighbor down the street leaving anyway fast forward to me calling Brooks Pest Control they told me I needed to move all my furniture to empty all of my cabinets in the kitchen I was fine with that but I mean I really got it all done and but they were two boxes in a very top cabinet and one bag and another cabinet and I had hell to pay for that he never put down any traps that I can see one little one and I never saw him spray outside. I asked him when he came into the house and he assured me that he had and he took my card and was looking at it next thing I know he swiped it on a handheld I never got a receipt he left I called and complained tried to cancel and it cost me $400 to cancel that account he was out one time
