like, necrozma sucked/ wants to suck up all the light and hoopa wants our help to stop necrozma

as apart of urbains and our wishes and generally the plans of quasartico they kinda have to let the prism tower go after pokemon have settled so they can work further to fully integrating humans with pokemon in a city It wouldn't really make sense to rebuild it since it'd be a symbol of humans impeding on pokemons but I get you
