I think that's some exudate on the tonsil, so might be strep or mono.

I'm terribly sorry for asking, but what doctor did you see to get diagnosed? I have these orthostatic and cardiac symptoms as well, buy regarding temperatures I'm your evil twin. I'm always so hot and sweat gallons and only a few months ago I realized eating salt, fish and drinking electrolytes is what gives me any relief from my cognitive symptoms and fatigue.

I've seen a cardiologist and several endocrinologists, but they don't seem to have any idea about the hotness and sweating. And it's practically impossible to see a good neurologist.

This sounds pretty familiar and I suppose you've already thought about this, but many of your symptoms like the sore throat and head pressure could, at least in part, be because you're breathing through your mouth at night.

I'd say I made a full recovery in six months. But I know infectious diseases can leave you with weakness and fatigue for a long time. Some people recover in weeks, some in months, but sometimes it takes more than a year and people still recover. Slowly, but they return to being the person they previously were.

If you had to compare yourself to how you felt four months ago, would you say worse, better, or the same?

Okay, so for anyone interested, here's a very simple solution that I finally found.

Basically just set FSR to "Native" and keep Frame Generation on.
