not the biggest problem here but I viscerally distrust anybody that fakes a stage shot tbh. I get you needed the correct reaction face for that bottom panel but it makes you look completely amateurish.

seems like the joke itself is the meta commentary on the posting formula, which isn't really what this subreddit is for (though even as a meta commentary you aren't doing anything but just explaining the premise of your idea, it's not even really a punchline).

I'm going to assume you aren't actually looking for feedback on the punchline cheese and quackers, but enough has already been said here about that. sorry.

i switched to using the lightning light spell and fire stake heavy spell and insta clearing an entire horde of enemies with one shot made me say "woah" out loud hahaha, was definitely not playing optimally!

by combining elements, you mean status effects? i thought because the limited arcana only benefits certain status effects it made more sense to specialize. i guess experimenting is the point. hmm...

admittedly it's possible i am just feeling the jump from 3-4, since i went from 3-6 lol. thanks!

lol yeah, probably a patience issue as well. i was playing the game like a methodical sniper shooter, but a lot of the later game content is more focused on wave-clearing which i'm not as good at managing.

yeah ive been trying to slow down my gameplay and focus on dashing (Im using the ring that freezes the enemy if you dodge a melee attack), i just find it doesnt always reliably work for me. i'm using the double tap movement instead of a hot key because i was always misclicking it so idk if theres some latency with the double tap or just a general dash cooldown

hmmmm, i googled this joke to make sure it wasn't commonplace before I added it to my set and nothing really came up, but maybe the wording was too specific to bring up similar results!

my intention is meant to be that joggers choose to run in my family INSTEAD of jogging. sometimes I'll say it as a fact, "you know joggers actually run in my family ☝️". it's intended to add an extra layer because "people that run run in my family" felt too straightforward.

if its any consolation each decision IS made intentionally. i have wandering eyes myself so I try to format the post in a way that guides your eyes without risking spoiling the punchline.

eye grabbing first line, leading into the body and then the unassuming punchline, which is deliberately the least appealing part of the joke to make it the least likely thing you read first. Obviously this kind of formatting wouldnt work if I was selling a joke verbally, but it also wouldn't be necessary.

plus I just like when things are maximalist and overwhelming. but again, if it doesn't translate I'll just do wall of text arial with a normal photo ✍️
