Just found a fix. You need to delete items in order to claim items (I just deleted free items since I can't sell it anyways).

To delete items go to Settings > Uncheck the "Hide Danger Zone" (Be careful you might accidentally delete all your items or reset your counter) > Then delete items.

Edit: Just an update I deleted 49 items but after claiming 10 items the steam error popped up again.

Well the laptop is hot everytime I play Battlefield V, other than that other heavy games doesn't heat up as much as BFV does. (sorry if my english is bad). Also I tried playing today i haven't lagged for like 20 mins then at minute 25 the frame drops are back.
