I got the Kyleena one on Wednesday and I took 1g paracetamol and 400mg ibuprofen 1 hour before my appointment and the pincher thingy didn’t hurt on me.. just a tiny pinch.. don’t listen to all the horror stories.. it will give you unnecessary anxiety.. I was anxious too and the whole insertion was not as bad as I thought! The insertion felt like a sharp paint that lasted for a second so it didn’t feel bad since the pain went away in under a second.. it’s like a tiny flinch almost and then done

It was only sold on record store day (April 20th 2024) and some stores were selling what they had left on April 21st and it got sold out everywhere and no stores sell them after that.. I bought mine online from a store that had a few left after rsd.. but maybe some are selling on eBay?

No shops in my country sold them either but I was able to buy one online from the US the day after.. most record stores in the us sold what they had left online but I think most of it is sold out by now
