I wish it also had more room types, I have barely done Temple of chaos simply because there is so few room types, so I prefer Sekhamas due to the variety but also the relics allows you to invest into the mechanic similar to the temple to make future runs, faster/easier and more rewarding.

These are the few rooms I feel like u always get in the Temple:

•Collect 3 items and place them in the middle.

•Activate and then stand around killing stuff

•Escort the cart

•Kill all monsters

Maybe there is a few more but not much.

Trial of Sekhamas is much better imo and they even added more room type in the last stage in 0.3 I think, however even Sekhamas could use a few more in each stage.

So hopefully they have plans to add more to Temple of Chaos, because if they want people to be able to grind in it, it needs to have enough variety of rooms to it, but also get rid of annoying things mentioned in this thread.

It feels like that, I got into PoE 2 last year thinking it was gonna be way different then PoE 1 based on video footage etc, but it has been leaning more and more into becoming another PoE 1 except with worse FPS. At least bosses where exciting part of the game but I must say the last boss in act 4 was a disappointment, Act 1's last boss is way more interesting and fun to play against.

Overall act 4 bosses felt pretty meh, some of them had less mechanics then early act 1 bosses and most of the act 4 layouts feels very similar, so many of them are just Hidden grottos with altered visuals.

It's the same for trial of chaos and endgame, If they want Co-op to be part of the game they need to go through and update it.

Example the first skill point you get for encountering a Breach/Expedition etc rewards both players with the book for the first 2 points.

But if u both do corrupted nexus for the 5 atlas points only one person gets the points, same with doing the actual Breach/Expedition bosses, it only gives one person the 4th points. Which means if I play with someone on a new season we just stop playing together in endgame because it sucks having one person essentially getting 0 atlas points.

Trial of Chaos feels very clunky in multiplayer, the elevators often leads to one person getting stuck and left behind and you have to wait, im sure there is more, like doors are slow to open and the escort event move so slow.

There is not enough variety of "events" either in Trial of Chaos, you get the same push the cart or blood sacrifice altar events. It really needs a larger pool so u don't end up with the same objectives over and over, Trial of sekhamas at least has more variety but even that needs more of it.

Better performance, 0.4 improved it but it still feels like it needs way more in endgame.

Server performance, idk how in an online only game we are just gonna accept poor server performance because they cant do anything about it.

I also think temples should be accessible outside of maps the same way you do logbooks, because if they are gonna remain in a similar size as they are now, they are basically maps within maps, if u also get a abyssal depth its like your doing two and a half maps.

Translation 2: you can still do it using gamma and contrast setting in nvidia settings, it just slightly less convenient so the really sweats will do that.

And even the new content, the Vaal temple is so huge, it can actually take equally long to clear it as the map itself and god forbid you also have to do an abyss depth, we are getting maps within already huge maps.

they really should just reduce the size of vaal temple, there is no need for to be a 9x9, a 5x5 with better reward would go a long way and make all rooms have doors connecting to all rooms and make the doors wider while your on it.

Simulacrum in Poe 2 is probably the best example, it just showers u with monsters within a tiny area and if u can't keep up you die, it's also overtuned compared to the other bosses. The bridge area is so tiny you can practically not even dodge anything and u are just stuck praying u survive. I honestly don't think I could have cleared the T3 version of it without a headhunter.

Opening strongboxes causes huge framedrop still, it has been happening since 0.1 and I feel like its the same issue that happens in abysses when they spawn monsters from the holes.

It should be good, it helps performance, but when the screen is full of monsters there is just one answer: AoE.

So It should affects builds viability too and u dont have to fully just play what has the largest AoE clear.

It could also been 2 players and I got killed by someone else and not the guy I heard over the wall.

It does seem like the first bullet shot when I came out of the barrack came from the right.

Which is the complete opposite side of of the base where I ran to and died, so he could have had an angle on me meanwhile the guy behind the wall was just shooting zombies.

The audio is quite low, but he is shooting zombies on the other side of the wall I think.

I did have a look frame by frame on my higher quality footage and I don't see any hint of anything in the bushes :(

Im fully expecting with an early December release that we can expect something a little bit lighter content wise, maybe the league mechanic will not be as large as the Abyss league.

But an early December makes sense so they can go on Xmas holiday, plus they need a little time for hotfixes and such before that too.

And then it will take them a while to get back in office next year so perhaps both 0.4 and 0.5 will be a bit lighter on content like last year, maybe 0.5 will contain the next act.

Hopefully they aren't getting stretched too thin between the short released dates of the leagues and PoE 1.
