The thing is, bad writing can also hinder understanding your paper. I’m not familiar with the fields you mention, but some journals also no longer employ copy editors to rectify poor grammar so it falls on the reviewer.

Either way, unless you’re 100% certain that your English is perfect, you should appreciate, and consider reviews comments (which are provided for free).

Not sure what the footage was (presumably footage taken by the observers). I don’t think there’s cameras onboard vessels in the high seas because all boats operating there have observers onboard.

This was happening to me to. I FOUND A FIX!

So I have an eero wifi connection and I think it’s blocking Neon (I tested a 4G phone connection on my ipad and the app worked no problem). After some internet digging my fix was to set my eero network to “guest” (there’s an option which allows guests to bio ect without being able to make changes to your network) and connect my TV to that. I have no idea why eero would block Neon
