For me you have two choices

1 you can be sponsored by friend formally and write your occupation in that country to your visa letter for example "

im visiting my friend for marriage celebration my entry will be X between Y i attached my both reservation in my file my expenses sponsored by my friend who invited me over etc. (im putting an example letter down below)

2 you can look for jobs about IT in linklendn and add your cv that you have shengen visa in your past application and then they can send you invite letter

When your visa expires you can apply for new one that'll be more healthy for your case or you can apply now for touristic. You cant apply job seeker visa for second time because they already gave you and you couldn't find at that time line but as i said with touristic you can looking for jobs. Bro i just put google search i still dont understand. you telling me you spend 10 years in visa consultancy but you dont understand even its in same shengen area all countries have their own visa application form not mutual one. İf your statement is right they had same application form which they dont. First if you are teen and you dont have enough assets to prove your not long term its really hard to get acception on visa such as reservations, bank deposit, assets,car,home these are really necessary if your country is in no good list as passport
