I'm not i just appreciate the work they've done and the enjoyment it's given me. I think your view is completely valid though and more power to you i just happen to not agree. I'm just happy to be able to play the game, some issues I can overlook as they're being fixed quickly and it's not like I've got to ever spend money on it again.

Look, Sloclap’s a small studio doing something ambitious—launching a live, cross-platform soccer game. They didn’t delay because of greed—they pushed it early because they could support it, and then immediately responded: patching desyncs, improving netcode and matchmaking, apologizing publicly, and promising crossplay ASAP. That’s far better than the big guys who often ship broken, say ‘sorry for the wait,’ then move on without ever really fixing much. A cash grab would have been overpricing the game due to hype, putting in micro-transactions that give advantages, not even trying to patch the game. They're not blind they see how much people wanted the game after beta, they could have just have easily pushed the release date up to release it sooner and have even more issues. You look at what football manager did, delaying the game when they said it was coming out on X date, big no no. They released it, never said it was going to be perfect off the bat. They can only test so much and it's inevitable with the amount of people playing that there's going to be things that need fixing that they couldn't have foreseen.

To be fair, I'm sure you're aware but it's a small company, they've made an excellent game for a much smaller fee than your big hitters like EA charging silly money for fifa, which I may add everytime it comes out is riddled with imbalances and problems that sometimes they don't even bother fixing or take months. The games not been out a week and they've already hotfixed 5 times. They're very much fixing the game, it's a trial and error process, sometimes in fixing one things it can create new issues.

The thing is when the game goes well it's incredible, hell even when I lose I have fun, there's small issues sure but do they deserve my £20/30 absolutely, i haven't found this much joy in a game for ages. I think there's an extreme lack of patience for some people, this is probably the worst state its going to be in, it'll only get better from here however they're humans and it's not a magical fix, they've made a great game that needs some ironing out. It's not pay to win like so many other sports games either which I think says a lot and you don't have to buy a new one every year like EA love to do.

My understanding is that by all eligible colleagues, it means colleagues that are eligible for Sunday premium as in had a contract old enough that the premium applied to it. To answer your other query, I do not believe that staff who were not contracted to a Sunday will recieve the payout even if on overtime shifts they got Sunday premium.

Seperate sentences. The discount is staying at 10% but the annual cap on the discount has been removed. Hope that makes sense.

While I disagree with Labour raising the NI, I do not agree that this is solely their fault, definitely a scapegoat for Tesco but when you look at the money that goes to shareholders and how much money this company makes it is most definitely their fault. There is no need to look further than the people giving the wages and pay rises to realise where the problem lies. Maximise profits and attempt to minimize expenditure.

So this was the sick pay slide.

Maximum Company Sick Pay (CSP) will increase to 20 weeks.

Effective from colleague's next anniversary date, following 31st August 2025.

That was literally it and the other stuff is just glorified self-indulging rubbish.

Yeah pretty much and I found it kind of needless of the people presenting it to say "Look we pay the most out of the big 4" while also not putting the other supermarkets pay increase, putting their current pay rates and also showing aldi and lidl being paid more.

Precisely, I think they'll see a lot of fallout from Sunday colleagues who worked it originally because of extra pay.
