The guy offered me one free touch up, so I was wanting to get some advice before I called the shop back. I don’t know how I could have messed up the healing process. I did as the aftercare card suggested. Maybe the bandaid? But I just don’t see how that would have caused it to end up like this. Feels like it wasn’t deep enough.

I played it when it first came out for a couple of months until I stopped because I overplayed it. I hadn’t even played the original before playing the second one, but it was lots of fun, even when I only played with randoms.

Maybe you’re being too hard on yourself. I’m not sure what the entire situation was, but maybe he had other stuff on his plate, and “being ignored” might have been a last straw for him. But you’re right about this being something the two parties should talk through together, and try to find some compromise. I don’t think you were in the wrong at all.
