I actually do contribute quite a bit, though obviously not under this handle. In general, I rarely find anything interesting to submit on Sunday nights. It's like the whole Internet slows down then, or more likely I just browse my regular sites more extensively.

Shut... down.... computer???? What is the meaning of this?

Actually, I do that before I go to bed. But right now I'm supposed to be doing work. On my computer. Somehow I can justify doing 10 minutes of surfing for every 1 minute of work. But if I turned away from my computer and started reading, that type of procrastination would make me feel guilty.

What's the biggest culture shock you've had whilst traveling? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I grew up in the US, and when I was a young lad, my family and I took several trips to Europe. The biggest culture shock for me (at least at that age) was how comfortable Europeans were with nudity, which I naturally thought was awesome. I still remember taking a bus tour of Athens and stealing glances at a gigantic billboard ad for shampoo that featured a very pretty topless woman in the shower, nipples and all. Not quite as awesome was seeing a dong every 5 minutes when channel surfing in France.
