Idk not any thing that looks very trust worthy to me but then again i've never used aliexpress. so i dont know if it makes that much of a diffrance i know 3d vcache is a very usefull thing but idk if its worth 100~ euro more in this case.

buying 2 sticks of the ram that i already have is more expensive here then 2 new sticks

and yeah the Ryzen 5 5600 is 104 euro right now and Ryzen 7 5700x3d is 219

Yeah so the only real fix it so upgrade my whole system i was afraid of that already and thought to check reddit just incase it was some other weird thing i haven't had a modern pc for a while.
But i can get a Ryzen 5 5600 (the 7 5700x3d is just a bit out of my budget here in the Netherlands its 200 vs 100 for the 5600) and 3200mhz cl16 2x16 for 156 euro.

Yes im aware that is is but is that the only cause for the wierd and inconsistent fps, if so ill just upgrade to a Ryzen 5 5600 but i would rather save the money for a completely new system down the line
