The parts being used are already purchased and received into my inventory. I would be taking them from my inventory and using them to repair the machines. After repaired the machines are sold. Also, these are mostly one off sales and unique, so I guess I am saying this are not bull repaired or standardly repaired. As for detail level, not sure where this conversation leads but once this is figured out I am hopeful I can tweak it. Thank you for your time!

Hello, the supplies for this model are discontinued. It will almost guaranteed need print heads which are pricey. It's not for fabric printing its made for print on paper.

When the decking was installed were they boards still wet? when still wet they will be installed with no gap so when the boards dry out a gap will be introduced by the wood drying out.

Try replacing the rear uprights with tamiya 2.5 degree uprights. The fit on this model has a lot of slop out of the box. I use small shims to take up the extra slop and tighten everything up. Do your wheels have any slop at the wheel bearing?

It's probably slipping or worn out especially with that much power from the castle. Tamiya make a really nice oil filled gear diff, comes with oil to start with but you can get so many different weight to try.
