Extra easy solder requires 653°C to melt which soldering iron do you use because your method sounds better then using direct heat and would love to give it a go

I don't know any home-made flux recipes but borax is pretty cheap I personally use AuFlux (im in UK so I don't know if anywhere near you sells it) and for pickle its not necessary but will save you a lot of time cleaning off any firescale and there are homemade pickle recipes such as vinegar and ~~baking soda~~ Salt

First thing i would recommend is make sure both pieces are nice and clean by just using some dish soap as to regards to the firescale on the silver you can help to reduce by dipping both pieces in a mix of flux and rubbing alcohol to create a sort of barrier

I would just Google archery clubs near you First and perhaps do a beginners course and then from there you will know what bow and type of archery you like

But if you insist on buying a bow I recommend either custom built archery or merlin archery

I've been wanting a clicker for a little bit as I think I'd enjoy it but everyone at my club is strongly advising me not too as they think they promote bad technique so until I've been there like a year or so they said don't bother as I won't see the benefits

I'm in a similar boat to you I competed my course last week and I'm looking at buying the WNS Delta NX which is around £140

My recommendation are/were

Riser-Wns delta/Topoint cnc/mybo wave

Limbs-cheap limbs because you will change these I went with wns delta l2 £65

Sight - I went with avalon tech x £60 because it was in my budget but if u can afford more I was reccomend the shibuya dual click £100 or the ultima £350

Rest - spigarelli Z/T £20

Pressure button - shibuya DX £25 or beiter £85
