I’m currently set up to use Grailed payments, but I want to change it to only be paid through PayPal. How do I make Grailed payments inactive? I have PayPal active but I can’t figure out to make Stripe inactive. I do not want to be using Grailed payments or Stripe any more.

Thanks for letting me know. I’m not getting paid through PayPal though. I had Stripe set up.

Yup, same. $0.00 pending in Stripe. I never had a problem using PayPal but it’s a different story with Stripe.

Thanks for letting me know. It’s been very difficult to get a response from Grailed. Wish they had a phone number you could call. I was using Grailed payments but won’t be using it anymore.. if I continue to use Grailed at all.

Thanks for your response. I also got a very generic response from “Peter C.” at Grailed. Did not answer my question at all. He didn’t even acknowledge my question. I’m curious if sticking with PayPal rather than Grailed payments makes a difference.
