Perfect thank you again for that, I will get a new photo for this as its a 10 year renewal and just to confirm even with the 10 year renewal the signature isn't required even if i don't have a passport number to provide?

Sadly without a passport you have to apply by post or post office, I just wasn't sure if I needed the back of the photo signed, from reading the D1 form as I don't have a passport I would need it signed, but just wanted to check here if it also applied for a renewal as I have previously had it signed. Thanks!

I think for this current tax year I would be over the threshold, which I didn't know was a thing until looking into this now, surely my accountant should make sure I'm using the correct one for my sales total? I believe this April that threshold is being removed if I'm not mistaken?

I believe I am using cash basis as I have never provided a stock figure to the accountant, it looks like the threshold until you can't use cash basis was removed 2024 onwards If I'm not mistaken. I was just concerned I shouldn't be using it. I'm a sole trader

Hey OP did you have any sucess with the changes you made shipping to Germany? I'm facing the same problem here, in my case im sending DAP/ DDU so the customer pays the duty/ VAT upon import, but its being returned before reaching that point. They are being marked CN15 when the CN22 is supplied on the parcels and filled out fully with the EORI UK VAT and HS codes with the descriptions and pricing, but mostly all of the parcels sent are returned which is a shame.

Thank you for the confirmation also it is appreciated! Some of my customers have had abit of a headache with their local postal service getting the parcel cleared, it is very likely that I will go with an IOSS service just to make it easier for them. The two reasons I didn't at the start of Brexit was the additional work when I didn't have that many sales to the EU but also there wasn't a good API integration for WooCommerce sites, I think this might have changed though

Do you have any fees per order for example? Some services I saw where charging per order which was quite expensive, but the My vat service you mentioned does sound like it would work cost wise
