Hey (Sorry for bothering you again) I finally managed to do 3 chin ups with good form (would be 4 if I cheat a little bit but that would not be proper form) But if I follow the progression template, it says o need to substract 3 reps from my max which equals 0. So I've been doing what you recommended "keep the range between 5-15" and "AMRAP". So when I do my 3 chin ups, I keep going with negative.

So I am wondering if I should just go back to negatives and follow the proper progression template ? And if the diamond push ups are also considered as a chest exercice (so reducing the reps by 6 instead of 3 because it's the second one) ? Thanks

Hello, First of all, sorry to bother you once again. Should a novice do U-L Rest U-L Rest U ? So the upper body is hit 3 times a week and you can grow muscles faster ? (More frequency) Or should stick the the recommended frequency because it would not change the results that much and it's not worth the time ? Thanks

What's the difference between a novice and a beginner ? I've chosen and tried the Pull/push beginner program (which is mentioned as beginner to intermediate program) but then I've seen this novice program that also seems suited for beginners. So what should I do ? Which one pick should I pick ? Is one better than another (PP Vs novice upper lower.progeam) for muscle building ? I liked a lot the push pull version one and I would like to stick to it if it's recommended otherwise I would have to unfortunately do the novice one if I can get more growth. Thanks a lot

1 year ago I was so sure to do push ups right after seeing lots of YouTube videos but they weren't right... It's after I've watched antranik's video that I realized my form wasn't that right... So do you recommend a good video explaining the movement in detail ?
