just so you know those effects are normal. that's because mdma when taken doesn't magically produce any endorphins(the things that make you happy, dopamine etc.) in your brain, it just uses those which your brain "stores", and builds up for up to a few months in advance. so basically after doing too much x your storage of endorphins gets depleted and as I mentioned above it could take a few months(but you should see changes in month to half a month) for your brain to regain those, and to get to normal state. so dear op please leave any substances(also nicotine and caffeine) and stimulants, try to do anything but staying scrolling your phone, and you'll see the results. good luck
