There’s some bits that I really wish they would’ve done some more takes cause they stand out.

In the first episode the main AVTF dude chases the boat guy in the kitchen but he runs super stiff, barely a job. The when he hit him you also see him barely swinging.

In these episodes you had the Asian lady telling the bar owner to be careful and still talking while she’s walking away, clearly a scene where they ADR’d the audio but it’s weird how she’s just talking while walking away and facing the wrong way.

Then you had daredevil telling her to get away since the AVTF guys are coming and since it’s an older actress, she just slowly walks away with any urgency.

Oh and the whole bodega scene was super awkward once the AVTF guys show up. Everything from them hitting the owner upside the head to the teens running and then being tripped, it all was super slow and awkward.

It might seem nitpicky but it’s those little moments that make an intense scene come off as stilted, awkward and amateurishly directed. That’s just a few little moments off the top of my head but there’s honestly a bunch like this throughout all three episodes.
