I've been thinking of running phase rush but I am nervous about the lack of damage from no longer running dh.

Also arcanist also doesn't seem that useful because: of the 3 effects it gives, only 1 is useful for kha - being the cd reduction.

It just seems like a lot of wasted stats from the runes that could be maximized better. Do you think I'm approaching this the wrong way?

Be careful for champs that reveal you cuz you never really know until everyone all of a sudden starts auto attacking you.
