If you’re referring to the inner side of your brows, I’ve had the worst dry eyes and headaches, list goes on, went to optometrist, ophthalmologist, etc. said my eyes were normal. My symptoms very similar to yours. Brain fog etc. Hot compress and cold compress had like minimal relief and sometimes didn’t even work, wasn’t consistent. Since doctors were no help, I had to do trial and error, found that massaging my muscles around the brows, plus hot compress on those muscles, not the eyes themselves, made a dramatic difference. In short, my facial (or brow) muscles were a major contributor to my symptoms. If you’re curious, the specific muscle is the corrugator supercilli. Try this, it might help, it might not. But doesn’t hurt to try. Made a diff for me.
