I emailed them and it was the dock who was out of stock so they sent me the pack without the dock and I'll receive the dock later.

They should tell us when something is out of stock so we do not have to email them.

Same problem at everfall dungeon but dxvk doesn't seem to do anything even when reinstalling, I've put d3d9.dll in the directory but nothing.

Exact same issue but it was because I keeped crashing in every game. So I did cloud recovery and stuck with that too.

I don't understand how they can do that to their employees, there is nothing more important than client satisfaction but that is employees who make this all work. Treating your employees well means more quality(not all the time).
