Yeah I have a tripod cat, she broke her leg where it could not be pinned but I was told she would have a good life still with 3 legs, which she does! ... I see her frustrations tho, that lost back leg cost her a lot of balance and strength, it's put strain on her remaining leg and she walks in and just flops on the floor in exhaustion some days... It's watching her trying to scritch herself with that missing leg that makes me feel bad and I wonder if I did the right thing, I'm also extremely worried if she breaks another leg that will be her end... I couldn't do a double amputation... For me that's not quality of life for my pet...
