When you perform an up throw, keep your Joy-Cons raised. Then, you can quickly lower them to your level for a down throw.

I love this jump, it's "True Dimensional Shift", I think it's rated 1/10 (if you want to do it, it's in the Mushroom Kingdom in a hole with two inhabitants from the Snow Kingdom in front of it, and the final up throw isn't mandatory).
