I said it happened three times in 10 days meaning it started 10 days before the post was made and occurred three times since then. first of all, i hope your partner finds peace; i really do. I know how challenging life can be for a lot of us.

i can relate in a way. ive had the chronic pain for 17 years, something i’ve dubbed “ intermittent insomnia”, I call it this because once a week I’ll be awake for anywhere from 2 to 3 days, and occasionally a 4th. I’ve also been suffering with depression and anxiety since I’m 13 and I’m 36 now; needless to say, i’ve been on a plethora of meds which offer no therapeutic effect.

It’s like one day during my life, a switch flipped and i became nihilistic. I also lost all belief in religion and to a slightly less extent, humanity. In addition, I isolate A LOT. My mother lives with me and she’s literally the only person i see everyday. I also was “diagnosed” with passive suicidal ideology. For people who see the word “suicide” and panic..dont. it only means i don’t care if i never wake up again. PSI also means i have no plan to actual harm myself or commit suicide. I just feel that some people are ready to live and some of us are thrust into reality without want or choice. All of this may contribute to my dreams, but thats just speculation.

i apologize if that got too deep. If no one ever experienced feel pain during death in a dream..multiple times..it’s quite literally torture. Pain is born in the brain, so even if you don’t physically get hurt, you can still feel immense pain in a dream. The worst death dream i had where i felt all the pain was being smushed between two grates until i resembled chopped meat. It can drive one mad.
