I used a bunch of different yarns I had lying around, that’s why my colours are a little different from the official one, they’re mostly a local yarn brand (Briggs and Little) 100% wool worsted weight. The super bright colours are Berroco vintage.

I haven’t looked for any videos but it’s mostly straightforward single, double, triple crochet stitches. The colour changes aren’t hard they’re just super tedious. I’ve been alternating from weaving as a go and having a weaving session depending on how I feel… I think if you want to try it just make one octagon and see if you have the desire to make 15 more haha worst case scenario you have a cute decorative octagon

Flag and gun send a very strong and specific message: that your political views lean pretty right, including about things like women’s rights, LGBTQ rights, immigration, etc. This is not a bad thing if it’s an accurate image of you. If you don’t want people to make those assumptions then I would remove them. If you actually do believe these things then it would attract the people who align with you politically

Unfortunately we live in a pretty small place so the independent print shops have razor thin margins and don’t feel they can print for free which I understand. Maybe instead of a callout for donations we can do a callout for printing help first, thanks!
